The written report You receive a clear, plain-English report covering what's working, what needs attention, and why -- with no jargon maze and no fear language.

The delivery call We get on a call to walk through your findings together. You leave with full clarity on your situation and confidence in your next steps.

  • Not much, and nothing technical or scary. After you sign up, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your intake call and a short intake form. The form walks you through everything — so you'll know exactly what to have ready before we connect.

    Generally that includes things like your domain, your email service provider, a few engagement stats, and some email samples. I'll guide you through all of it. No passwords, no system access — just information you can pull and share directly.

  • After you purchase, you'll receive a scheduling link to book your intake call at your own pace. During that call, we'll schedule your delivery call for about two weeks later — which is when you'll receive your written report and roadmap. We walk through everything together on that call. Each call is expected to take about 30 minutes.

    From there, it's simple: we connect, I do the work, and two weeks later we walk through your report and roadmap together. If everything looks good, we'll talk through strategies and processes to keep it that way and how to monitor things going forward. If we've found something that needs attention, we'll talk about what addressing it could look like.
